Carbyne Equity Partners ("Carbyne") today announced that its portfolio company SuanNutra has signed an agreement to acquire IFF's Natural Solutions Business (NYSE: IFF), a portfolio of botanical extracts, vitamins and minerals, and food enhancement activities. The businesses generated revenues of approximately $170 million in 2025 across five manufacturing facilities across Spain, Slovenia, the United States and Peru. The combined group will have 700 employees serving more than 1,200 customers in over 60 countries.
